I am not a provider for private or public insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service. We will discuss method of payment during our first session. Upon request, I will provide you with a receipt. You may be able to receive partial or full reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact me for my current fees.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your health care will cost under the law. Health care providers must give patients who do not have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care services before those services are provided. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care service upon request or when scheduling the service.
For more details regarding the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges under the No Surprises Act, please refer to visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
